Touch of Life Technologies creates a simulator that trains urologists to inject medication that treats incontinence
The virual reality simulator trains urologists to treat chronic incontinence in people with spinal cord injuries and multiple sclerosis who cannot tolerate the oral medications typically prescribed. Safety issues, delays tangle negotiations betwen UGSOA and Garda
Significant safety issues related to the armored trucks they drive and transport procedures have resulted in extended negotiations between the United Government Security Officers of America (UGSOA) International Union and its Local 700 and the transport workers’ employer, Garda Cash Logistics Inc. While efforts have been underway for nearly a year, virtually no progress has been made due to the company’s delay tactics and resistance to resolving the issues in good faith.
